What’s Your “Personal Groove” for 2011?

Although you may feel that your Christmas, Hanukah, Saturnalia, Kwanza, or other Winter holiday is over, and that you have opened-up all of your gifts, you actually have ONE MORE gift to open! According to the practice of Numerology, each calendar year of a person’s life offers a special vibration, called the Personal Year Number. This is an energy available to you so that you can take full advantage of opportunities related to this vibration. Personal Year vibrations — 1 through 9 cycle their way in succession through your life, helping you harmonize your activities, and enhance your communication with friends, colleagues, and relatives. When you learn what your Personal Year Number (PY vibe) is for 2011, you can also see what it was for the previous year, and you’ll know what to expect for the next year.
Okay, let’s do the “formula,” for calculating the PY vibe . To determine your PY vibe, add the “single-digit sum” of each of these: your birth month, birth day, and the current calendar year. I’ll use my information as an example. My birth month is February, which is a “2″ month, and the “single-digit sum” of my day of birth is “5″. The “single-digit sum” of the year 2011 is “4″. So, I add 2 + 5 + 4, and get 11. Then, I add these digits together for a final “single-digit sum” of 2. My “PY vibe” for 2011 is 2. Actually, it’s a “special 2″, because it is the result of the double digit “11.”
In this case, I would consider the PY vibe to be an 11/2. This means that this year, I have the opportunity to utilize the qualities of a “Master Number” vibration (the eleven), to be a “Spiritual Messenger,” relaying insights to others, and facilitating “AHA!” moments of awareness for my clients. The eleven is seen as a “double one” — meaning it also carries within it the qualities of leadership, and unique artistic expression. The “down side” of any double-digit “Master number”, is that it is an intense vibration, requiring balance in body, mind, and spirit. The cool thing about any Master number is that, if the double digit energy is too much to handle, it can be expressed as its single digit sum. So, in my case, I can express the 2 energy, using this year to practice the qualities of cooperation, negotiation, working in partnership with others, and using my emotional or psychic sensitivity to “merge” with another. Anyone in a “two” Personal Year, may feel that the year is progressing slowly. This is normal, as the energy is also about development resulting from the start of the nine year cycle in the previous year.
